While we were travelling to Hayden, ID, from the tri-cities, our truck went into 'limp' mode and Alpine Auto was referred by another business. Jimmy went out of his way to help us, even offering to meet us on the side of the road, if necessary. Once our truck was at his shop, he ran codes and was able to determine what our next steps needed to be. His customer service was more than expected and so appreciated at such a stressful time.

Jimmy did a timely job installing new fuel straps on my new work truck! He’s a great guy with great customer service, he’s the last mechanic I’ll have👍

In spite of the busy season, Jimmy got me in right away and had my water pump and radiator replaced in no time. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who truly just wants to diagnose and fix your car problems in a timely manner look no further! I've never felt more comfortable at a mechanic shop. Excellent service and truly good people.

Jimmy is a wonderful man willing to help. Came in with a bad alternator and back on the road in about two hours. Can't thank this man enough for his willingness to help!!!

Jimmy does amazing work for a fair price. Very thankful for him.
